@nicxcage: Nicole Nathan brings years of expertise to Viridian, having been on the True Laurel team when they claimed #17 on the World's 50 Best North America list. She was also awarded a trip to France by Rémy Cointreau after demonstrating her mastery of cognac knowledge. And, if you've ever had a drink at Empress by Boon or Pabu Izakaya, you've probably sipped on one of her original cocktail creations.

@justinrexlam: Justin Lam is a highly decorated competitive bartender, most recently taking first place in the 2026 Oaxaca Open for Mestiza Mezcal. He's also a 2026 Pathfinder National Finalist and the winner of the 2024 Trader Vic's Mai Tai Competition. When he isn't guiding guests through massive whiskey and rum lists, you can find him playing for local metal bands like @hatriot_official.

@sky.scz: Our rising star Sky Sczesny comes to Viridian by way of Oakland's Burma Superstar, where she earned a spot behind the bar and a promotion within her first three months, helping the team pull in some of its best reviews and rankings yet. Before that, she ran the floor at BAIA in SF, juggling high-volume nights while building a loyal regular following.

@enterprisingken: Before joining the Viridian team as one of our longest-standing members, Ken Kawachi worked across SF in acclaimed bars like True Laurel, Members Only, Cavaña, and Pacific Cocktail Haven. You'll also find Ken behind the bar at Left Door in the Marina or making his own specialty cocktails at his popular San Francisco pop-ups.
